Need help with G16E lacks power

My G16E lacks power. Just replaced 4 (225 amp) batteries but cart still lacks power and crawls going up inclines. Would replacing the other two batteries fix the problem? Any suggestions would be helpful

ck output voltage should be 37.33 or better then with meter on d/c voltage shold drop to 30 volts climbing on up a low graded hill. If it dont ck wiring harness for wire connectors loose then ck for a bad battery. Just because its new dont mean its defective. Its the amps whats counts in a battery. If it ck out ok then its the foot feed senor. Replace it.
