48 volt club car president, hooked up charger and it would not charge, after checking the red wire from the charger plug to the battery was broke, I touched it to the battery and heard a click, sound like from the charger, I unhooked the charger and re-connected the wire and hooked up the charger and it would not work, I took the charger and tried it on another cart and it worked fine, I then replugged it on the one that had the broke wire and it still would not work.
