    got a club car 2002,
    so far ...
    new batteries and curtis controller,
but no movement, power at key switch = good
power across solenoid = good (but it never clicks off)
can turn the headlight and tail lights on and off...
not sure where to go next with this, I am not very familiar with these yet.
    Help ?

If there's power at the solenoid but no click, it's often a sign that the solenoid itself may be faulty. However, assuming you've already tested or swapped out the solenoid without success, the next step would be to bypass the OBC (On-Board Computer). You can do this by running a small jumper wire from the small post on the solenoid with the yellow wire to the B- post on the controller. It's important not to run the wire to or from any other posts on the solenoid or controller.

If the cart runs after bypassing the OBC, try resetting the OBC by disconnecting all power from the cart for 10 minutes. If the issue persists, it's likely time to replace the OBC altogether.
