  • Clicking Solenoid

Hey folks, I am new to the site and I was looking for a little advise. I have a 05 Club Car 48V that was converted to a 4x4 "Bad Boy" type of cart. This was done at a Club Car dealer and here is my problem. I installed new batteries about a week ago and rode it hard all weekend. I got in it yesterday to move it and all I get is a clicking solenoid when I press the petal. My controller has a green like on it when I press the petal and the solenoid clicks in conjunction with the green lite flash. Any Ideas????

The solenoid could still be bad even though it clicks.

Ok. I have 52.1 volts at the battery. I have 52.0 volts at the hot side of the solenoid. I press the gas and I get 52.0 on the other side of the solenoid and at the programmer input. I also get 52.0 on the output side of programmer and at the drive motor. Still no go and my programmer blinks green 7 times and emits a yellow loight. ANYBODY??????
