1996 ezgo no go

Installed new batterys 7/11 ran fine all summer. Charged last week when I press the pedal (foward or reverse) the charge indicator goes flat and the cart just shakes. Any ideas?

Dead batteries!
Golf Cart batteries need to charge every 30 days at least. Try charging them again and while on charge see what the voltage reading is.
