Where does the rpm limiter connect to (92-96)

none of the diagrams show that part

Which wires are you looking at, the brown one is a ground wire.

The brown one is grounded but then the brown one and black one connect together, does that get connected to one of the micro switches?

Nevermine the black one is not connected to the brown one. but does it still hook to the micro switch?

When i look at the wiring diagram one wire goes to the engine kill hook up, where is that
