Starter Problem?

I have a 2003 gas Club Car. Sometimes to get the cart started I have to rotate the clutch. I've been told this is due to a bad spot on the starter. What are my possible remedies to this situation and how hard is it to fix. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi stone4, Check the brushes in the starter, they could be worn down.

if your rotating the starter to get it to turn over than theres a good chance you need new brushes................................
