early 90's ezgo gas cart- fuel delivery problem

No gas coming out of tank past the fuel pump or diaphram ?? new owner with not much experience with these. What should I do ?? fuel filter is new

Usually the fuel pump diaphragm goes bad, you can get a fuel pump rebuild kit or replace the whole fuel pump your choice.
