Cleaning the the body and roof on G-16

Does anyone know what I can use to clean the black spots off the roof of my golf cart ?

What kinda black spots? I use simple green you can get it at Home Depot, that stuff works wonders on all kinds of sap, tar and stuff. And it wont hurt your finish
