Turns over good by crossing out starter, have seen a random spark from the spark plug. sprayed some starter fluid in carb. and also into plug hole. Has not hit a lick yet. Not sure where to go from here. Thanks Joe.

Could be a number of things. Check all wiring push connectors from coil and pickup, make sure all ground wires to engine are clean and tight. service manual is here http://www.golfcartsforum.com/golf-c...ce-manual.html, start on page 241. You will need a DVOM and go thru all the steps to check coil, pickup, key switch, etc. ihave seen wiring chewed by squirrels cause a lot of problems!
