Newbie needs pro advice

I'm about to pull the trigger on a new Yamaha EFT gas cart. This cart will be for neighborhood use rather than golf. I intend to have a rear seat installed, etc.

It seems quieter than the carb models. I know they are pretty new. Are there any opinions?
