Is it better to cut out the oil system on a G1 cart and just pre mix the fuel? It seems that pre mixing would ensure the engine is getting proper lubrication, especially on these older carts. If anyone has any thoughts on this or has removed their oil system please let me know how its working out. Thanks

Its a preference thing, some people are very worried that their oil pump will cut out and they will seize their engines. So they premix. There is no better than the other, but if you are scared, premix. The EZGO's were more common to stop working, the Yamaha's not too often.
