Have a 99 EZGO was running fine then I turn on the headlights ran it for about a 100 yards, turn everything off came back out to it in a few mins. nothing, next morning ran great. keeps doing this, leave the headlights off runs great.

Are the headlights stock or someone wired them in? Because their wired wrong, or there is a touching or loose connection somewhere that you need to find in the headlights.
