  • Club Car Carborator Adjustment

    Hi,
New to this forum but have a problem. Have a older ('88 range) club car that you have to hold the choke button "in" to get it to run. Adjusted the carb to 1 1/2 turns but it still won't run without holding the choke. Assume too much air but do not know where else or what to adjust. Any suggestions?

Might be time to rebuild carb, kits are cheap and its easy to do. A good break down and clean up could do it too. Sometimes the gasket is wore out between manifold and head allowing it to suck air. Air filter clean? How old is the gas? So many variables here too.
