I ordered a new Kawasaki engine for my ezgo. It will arrive next week. Do I need to "break in" the new one also, is there more than just putting oil in it needed before trying to start it?

Another years old unanswered post. Of course you need to break in a new engine. No more than half throttle for the first 6to 8 hours of use then adjust valves ,change oil ect
