(new) 1973 club car caroche

Just got to our summer place. hooked the batteries back up but the cart wont move....forward or reverse, have full battery power, the solenoids are not clicking, could this be the problem? I just completely rebuilt this cart 2 years ago, new solenoids, wiring, lights, the works

Do you have a wiring diagram? Start by checking the on/off circuit thru key switch, micro switch af f/r and go pedal/speed control switches.
