taylor dunn cart problems

I have a GT-371 electric golf cart which was turned off and not used for two weeks. when it was turned on the cart will not go, batteries are full charge the main solinoid works but it will not move. It has a 36 vot system and all connections are clean and I have tested each battery seperate, all are full at 6.2 volts. I have no broken wires and no blown fuses. The micro switches are all good, checked with analoge meter, so what can it be?
This cart has an upgrade for the speed control and the foward and reverse and the gas pedel. can anyone help?

Does it have the rheostat speed control? Can you post some pictures?

It has the gas pedel with a segmented bar with a wiper contact, and it has the updated forward and reverse switch and also an enclosed box where the wires go from there to the drive motor. I am new to this site and have not tried to do pic's but with help I would try. The model is a GT-371
