Hey Guys, I recently purchased a property in a resort community in Washington State and am looking to buy an electric golf cart, I am a fairly good mechanic when it comes to cars but no absolutely nothing about golf carts. I would appreciate any info on what to look for in buying a used golf cart.

You need to make sure the golf cart that you're getting is worth the price its offered at. Check for any damages to the golf cart, see if the tires and battery are in a good shape. Batteries that are only a few years old and clean should last several more years. Check how the golf cart runs, whether if its electric or gas. Do a test run and see if there are any odd clicking, grinding, or whining, squeaky noises, if that occurs I'd say just test out another option!
