  • 1st build have wiring questions

I have 2 gauge battery cables, controller cables. Now i am wondering what gauge wire should I replace all of the other tiny subpart wiring with 14 gauge.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Will post pics soon since I have lifted it tires, steering column, steering wheel, dash, stereo, too much to list thanks,Kenny.

Just upgrade with new wire that doesn't have any breaks in it of same guage. It will be fine it doesn't carry the load of the drive system.

If you have a home depot in your area they have a low voltage wire in numinous colors in #16 that should work perfect. it sells in 24 ft packs.

What type of cart IQ or series ?
IQ only has a toggle switch and #16 is fine
if its a series cart with a big mechanical switch then the same size as battery cables
