More Top Speed

I just bought a late 90's EZ GO 4 stroke golf cart. It hasnt come yet so im not sure exactly. But im wondering if there is anything i can tweak to get a few more MPH out of it. Im looking to get to 20 MPH atleast. Or even some cheap performance upgrades you have done where you get noticeable speed or power increases.

Only free things are to adjust the governor, and remove the rev limiter. It'll give you a couple MPH's but nothing serious. Of course if you do that you will need to purchase a tach to keep an eye on the RPM's. By the way, keep the engine oiled up because they have a serious rep to blow connecting rods and punch a hole in the block once the level gets low
