05 ezgo rearend

how much will it cost me to replace the rear end on my 05 ezgo txt. It is making a bad grinding noise.

It's rare that you would ever need to replace the rear end on an Ezgo cart. Could be you need to adjust the cable or maybe you have a bad axle bearing.
Have you checked the oil level or changed it?

Just for reference, the cost of a used rear if you can find it would be around $600. Rebuilt unit probably around $1000. EZGO will probably charge you 200-400 to install.
