Robin 350 Timing

We have a 07 ezgo workhorse that I recently rebuilt. New rings, gaskets and exhaust valves. It will not run... Fuel continues to run out of the carb overflow. I went through the carb, and with my efforts, no change. I'm affraid that I didnt get the timing correct. Any starting points?

By the way... I'm new to this site, and new to golf carts in general. I'm the mechanic at a golf course, and look forward to utilizing this stie. Thanks, in advance for any help!

I see... I said, to heck with it. I pulled it back out and tore it down yesterday. I ordered a manual. Should of done that to begin with.
