  • Hello

    Hello,
Just joined. New to golf carts. Was able to get a golf cart that was going to the salvage yard from work. They didnt want to spend any money on it.
    EZ-GO 36volt TXT standard PDS, 2001.
I got it with 4 flat tires , frozen brakes, rotten front seat, and batteries read 1 volt for the 36volt pack.
So far have replaced front bench seat, installed 6in lift(drop spindals) and installed 22x10.5x12 tires. I have been able to nurse the batteries back to 36 volts ( yes they are very weak ) They sat outside in Texas gulf coast weather for 4 years. It will move about 1 mile then real close to pushing it back. Did not have battery charger so had to buy one also.
Also had to replace all wheel bearings.
Next on list is new batteries! and maybe new cables.
