in less you have a donor cart I'm not sure it's worth it, spend the money on the electric cart you should be able to do 25 to 35 mph for far less money.

Donor cart? And how much do you thing it would be? Right now it needs batteries so I'm looking at close to $1200.

Well on my site are the manuals for both gas and electric download that first
        now the short list

        1 motor
        2 starter generator
        3 exhaust system
        4 motor mounts
        5 new rear end
        6 shifter for gas
        7 gas tank
8 all mounts for tank, exhaust, rear end, on and on.

look up the part numbers and price it out, 2500.00 to 5000.00 maybe

batteries should not be 1200.00 maybe 800- 1000 at most now what year is your cart how many batteries does it have or need.

            They should sell for 160.00 to 220.00 times 4 = 880.00
            not 1200.00
