Hi everyone. I live alone on a farm since my husband's death. My main mode of transportation around here has been our E Z Go golf cart. It won't go now, and there isn't any service place around here, so I'm going to try to fix it myself, with some advice from you all, I hope.

    to GCF msknot!
We should be able to help you with your cart.
Tell us what year your ezgo is and is it gas or electric.
After that, what kind of problems are you having and what have you tried so far?

Hi! Iit's a 1999, 36 Volt, Serial # 1185548. It says "Arnold Palmer" on the front. About a yuear ago, it started acting up in reverse. Sometimes it would go and sometimes it wouldn't. Then it wouldn't go it forward, but if I pushed it a little it would sort of "catch" and suddenly take off. Now it won't go at all. It doesn't make any noise. I cleaned up the battery connections and made sure everything was tight, but that's all I know how to do, so far.

I answered some on your other post.
If you don't have a meter to measure voltage you will need to get one, they're cheap and you can't really fix an electric cart without one.
