1985 G1 No Spark

Will A Bad Stop Switch Keep Me From Getting A Spark ? And If So How Do I Test To See If The Stop Switch Is Good Or Bad. THANK YOU

To go around it cross the black and black/white wires. Most common reasons why the G1 has no spark is...

1: Broken or dirty connection
2: No good CDI
3: No good pulsar coil
3: Pedal switch
