G1 gas won't go

I have a G1 gas and it won't go. I push the pedal and i hear a little motor run but the cart does not fire up.

Hey jvroberts, go through the basics.
A) the cart has fresh gas, new filters and no cracks in the gas lines
B) the cart is getting gas
C) the cart is getting spark
D) there is enough compression
