G1 Back firing

My G1 back fires. I have replaced the carb as it loading up and flooding out. Any ideas what is causing it to back fire?

Timing is usually what causes backfire could be valve timing or ignition timing.

thottle linkage is ajusted wrong thottle should not open till after motor is turning over
