I have a 92 g9, I drove about 100 yards and the cart just suddenly stopped. It had no forward or reverse. The only thing it did was a constant rapid clicking noise. The batteries are fairly new and are well maintained.

Almost all types of rapid clicking noises are due to a loose connection.
