Wheel Offset Question

If I put a 6" jakes kift on my G22, How much offset on the wheels is needed/recommended if I use a 10" (and/or 12") wheel? Assuming I will be using tires for an off rode setup that are 22-23 inches tall. And where is the best source for wheels & tires prices?

Most 10" and 12" wheels have an offset and are described as something like 3+5 for an 8" wide wheel. This or 3+4 is pretty standard.
