Need advice to fix this on my golf cart

Golf cart is a Columbia par car I cannot find the VIN. Attaching photos. The drivers front end assembly is rubbing the rim. I think I just need this one part but I’m not sure what it’s called. I would appreciate any help.IMG_4768.jpeg

Welcome to GCF! The manufacturer calls that the drivers side steering arm assembly, it’s number 9 on the diagram. In automotive terms, it’s more commonly referred to as a front spindle. But I think yours is all right. I think the bolt on top just jiggled out and needs to be replaced, number 23 in the diagram.
