    why does my micro switch burn up when i push the gas pedal? this has happened 2 times.

      its 36 volt and the micro switch that is under the floor by the gas pedal.

        The micro switch is out of it.



        If so check the voltage.

          yes it looks like that but the batteries were replaced about 1 month ago. Will it go without the microswitch in it ?

            Yes u can put a jumper like I did but u need to figure out why it's burning up the micro switch. Do u have the trouble shooting diagram? Look on the tech post for it. I want to say it shouldn't see the whole 36 volts when you press the pedal. Is the switch arm getting bent out of shape are is it burnt up? The plunger should just rest on the micro switch arm when pedal is full up.
