It may be time for a replacement. But before you dish out over $300 for new ones, check some simple things first.

    1) What are the water levels?
    2) What is each battery reading on a test?

    Best of luck!

check each battery with a volt meter they should read 6.5 or so after a complete charge, you can load test them and do a hydrometer test on each and every cell.................start by charging them and then checking water level if needed fill to 1/4 inch over lead plates than do your testing also check cables give each one a good tug make sure its tight and make certain all terminals are clean...........depending on brand and how well they were maintained oif they are the originals it could be time.................battery maintence is very critical on electric carts terminal cables and ends have to be kept tight and clean.....................................
