Charges all night, but in morning, not finish charging?

I have a 2005 Club Car 48volt, with the IQ system, we put it on the charger last night, and in the morning, went to take it off charger, and noticed that it was not finish charging, can anyone tell me what the problem could be, Thanks....

What is the voltage in the batteries currently, and how many amps is your charger putting out. Finally, how are your battery connections... Clean and tight?
