96 Clubcar not moving - need help

I have a 96 Clubcar. While driving around the neighborhood the cart simply quit. No slowing, or warning. It just stopped.
Any ideas? The help would be greatly appreciated.

When a golf cart abruptly stops without any prior warning, checking the battery voltage under load is an excellent starting point. Sudden shutdowns can sometimes be linked to a power issue, especially if there's a significant drop in voltage or if one of the batteries fails unexpectedly during operation.

Beyond voltage, it might also be beneficial to examine the connections from the batteries to the motor and controller. Loose or corroded connections can disrupt the flow of power and cause the cart to come to an unexpected halt.
