48 volt Power Drive Issues

I have a Lester model #17930 48 volt charger for my club car. Just recently, the charger will kick on like normal and then after a minute or so the reset button at the front of the charger will trip. Sometimes all the way and then sometimes not all the way and after a few minutes, the charger will try to kick on and then trip all the way.
Nothing has changed the way it charges other than this. Batteries are all at 7.95 to 8.??. When they are low, the charger still trips out.

Looking to see if any of you may have an idea as to what is going on

I have a 2002 club car golf cart 48 volt power drive. Having issues with the diode/resistors that splits the wire. Current passing on one end of the split wire but not on the other end. How can I bypass these diodes and make the cart work again. Thanks
