What's the fun of posting pictures if people can't rate it... actually, why post a picture if your fans don't know how to rate it? 
In the top right corner of post #1 you will see a list of options, more specifically there is the rate option, click it! (see picture below)
You can then choose your rating, once of course, and if you change your mind simply click a new rating to change it.
