2007 Yamaha Model YDRE 48 Volt

Golf Cart Won't Run In Forward or Reverse. I have replaced all the batteries, solenoid, stop switch, throttle sensor, controller. I hear what sounds to me like a little humming noise but get no movement in either direction. Cart started shuttering and then quit moving in either direction. No bad noises from the motor or rear transmission prior to that.

Is it possible that a faulty forward\reverse switch cause the golf cart to not move in either direction????
