Hello,
First time posting on the site. My son bought a golf cart and now that's our project. Anyway, we are having a problem with the 12v system. It has 12v when testing the wire coming from the pedal switch, but as soon as we hook that wire up to the solenoid, we lose the 12v. If we unhook that wire from the solenoid and run a wire direct from the positive side of the battery to the solenoid it turns over fine. why are we losing the 12v when wire from pedal is hooked to the solenoid? Hope thats not too much for my first post.
