GM HEI upgrade to ezgo

I got a 1998 ezgo 4 stroke, 292 Robins eng. I want to upgrade the ignition system to a GM coil and an ignition module. Anyone out there know the correct wiring procedure. A picture would help because I am a electrical dummy. Just a heads up to ezgo gas owners. All the ignition parts you buy, from Amazon, or a parts house are Chinese junk. You have to do this conversion. Take it from me I have piles of this stuff in the garbage.

You are so correct about the *mazon junk! I started with three different cheap ones, none of which worked, so I tried a more expensive option (over $100) which also did not work. They refunded my $$$ on the cheapies, but apparently decided to keep the +$100 for the bezosshootarocketintospace fund. NO refund. Like you, I am hoping the GM HEI will work on my old robin powered Mararthon.

There is really only one video about it on Youtube, but I cannot figure out the critical coil connections, which is why I am on this forum.
