Brake lights

I'm trying to install a brake light kit on my 2014 club car gas precedent I believe it is wired correctly but they aren't working. I tried to take a picture but they said the size was too big.The kit I have has a circuit breaker (2 prongs),a block that has 3 connections that read #1,2+ and 3- it also says 48v on it.it also has a 2 wire switch hooked to the brake rod.
