2008 Club Car Precedent 48 volt we bought used to modify. We added a converter box (48v to 12v) fo accessories, fuse box connected to the + - of battery, bus bar and three panel switch plate with a volt meter/USB port. We connected one switch to the original headlights and changed the bulbs to LED (12.8v 37.5w). The second switch we connect an Alpena LED light strip under the roof surround. The LED light strips work perfect the headlights worked then started flickering and eventually went out. We connected the original light switch to eliminate a bad switch and got the same flicker. I bought a set of halogen bulbs like the original and they worked for 30 min then went out. Bought a new pair of LED bulbs more expensive ones and they didn’t even come on. Not sure what else to do

Considering the switch to LED bulbs for the headlights, ensure they're compatible with the voltage and wattage specifications of your Club Car. Sometimes, mismatched bulbs or bulbs not designed for the cart's electrical system can cause flickering or failure.
