Here is my next project. I bought this cart back before Christmas and plan to get it running and my brother wants it. It's a 94 model I think. Going to put batteries in it and clean it good and call it good.

Did a little cleaning on it. Started with this.
Put a magic eraser on the whole cart.

Under the seat isn't worth the effert. There isn't nothing there.
I put two long cables I had on the + and _ to reach the drivers side.
Since you asked though! It's only my 3 685's running it for now to get it on the trailer Sunday when we leave.

Started welding in the battery tray and ran out of wire!
I got most of in. Just have to finish up the back side supports.
I know why I was a fitter now instead of a welder! I can't weld but I can make it stick...I hope.

I've got to decide which charger I'm going to give my brother with the cart.
This is a 15 amp grocery cart charger but it is a maintance charger also.
Both are auto's but I think he would be better off with the maintance charger but it doesn't have any kind of handle to move it. I thought about mounting it in the cart but it's not water proof! Anybody got any suggestions!
Are the new one I got this weekend the EZGO auto.

Well I talked to my dad today so I installed the maintenance charger in the cart. That way they will have it anytime they need it. It's got the regular cart sb connection going to it with another one on the charger so they can take it out of they like.
Bought new 6 volts for it and installed on the new battery tray I put in it.
That tray stuff is a pain to weld in. I hope I got enough weld on it.sigpic

Posted earlier by blake80 View PostDid you by any chance remember to ask about the cost of 12V batteries
Man I forgot. I'll call them today and see what they say.
They did have a Auto 48 volt charger there that on every 10th charge it did a equalization charge automaticly. $325.00 Not a bad looking charger either.sigpic

Got the head and tail lights wird up and this thing is done. I'll take up Monday after I sleep for awhile and spend the night with M&D and then head down to PQ for a visit and then over to see my sister's new house in Rockhill SC to check it out.

Well it's done as far as I'm concerned. I have it running and lights. I have to take it to NC Monday thats why it got done so quick. I had plan to bring it home over New Years but I got the Club Car and brought it home. I had a limited time to finish it but it's done. I have the windshield to instaall once I get to my M&D's house.sigpic
