My cart recently quit and initially I thought batteries neefrd charging. After full charge, still no go. I have electrically eliminated the key switch, the batteries, the toggle "run/tow" switch, the contact switch under the accelerator pedal, and the charging pack. Question now is, how much voltage should be registering on the f1/f2 and a1/a2 terminals?
