Sanyo SR5 AN issue

Hi guys can you please help me
just bought a Sanyo petrol cart model SGC CR5AN
worked fine first few rides
then just solid bleep when turn key and work turn motor or start
anyone got a wiring diagram /manual for one of these
seems it has so many safety sensors and obviously tempertental
kawasaki FEBRUARY 290d motor
