2006 Columbia Parcar

I bought a used 2006 electric four seater. I read that you should check the master cylinder level. I located it but unable to gain Access. It is located in front of the driver but covered by the fiberglass front clip. What do I HAVE TO REMOVE to check the level? Thanks
