What Year is this cart/motor

Good afternoon everyone,
I am looking to restore this golf cart but I am having trouble identifying this cart/engine. I do know it is the marathon generation from 75-93. Looking over the internet pictures it is difficult to find anything that is setup like this. See pictures.
Pictures are the engine bay area.
ID Plate with model number.

Any help would be great, thank you!

The ID plate suggests that the body is a 1989. That is helpful, but can anyone assist with which engine this is. I do know that it is two stroke. But again most other pictures I see have different muffler setups or more wiring or different drive belt setups. Anyone help would be greatly appreciated.
