Drive or Driven Clutch

I have an 86 Ez Go. The belt is starting to slip, I replaced the belt (cheap first) and that did help some but still slipping. My question is which clutch usually wares out first?

On my 94 it was the driven clutch, but it depends on the golf carts life and routine usage. If you spend more time at WOT speeds, the driven clutch will flex and wear. Or if you are constantly crawling at idle speeds, the drive clutch will stretch and wear while the driven clutch stays closed.
