Installed new motor and no high speed, the old motor had a sensor held on the back end by a retaining clip, the new motor has a female connector, does the high speed wire need to be connected up? If so, can I remove the female connector and hook up the retaining ring to the back of the motor? 2003 TXT; Or, do I need to get a new wire with a male connector to hook up to the female connector on the new D&D motor?
