EZGO Electric TXT Charging Problem

I have a TXT 36 volt cart. All 6 batteries show 85%+ charge on a meter. Batteries were purchased in Oct 2018. My volt meter reads like all are dead. The charger kicks on for about 10m and stops. Anyone have an idea what is wrong?

I have a similar problem but my volt meter doesn't move. I believe it is in the charger as I have another EZGO TXT cart with another charger, and my batteries get charged up fine using that charger. A friend gave me an RDX charger and I'm currently retrofitting the connector (from 3 to 2 prong).
